Plain-English guidance
Clear explanations — no jargon, no pressure.
Early childhood & developmental support
- Support aligned to early childhood approaches and everyday routines at home and in the community.
- Focus on confidence, communication, social participation and practical independence skills.
- Collaboration with families and (with consent) therapists, educators and support coordinators.
School transitions & daily life
- Support with before/after-school routines and building independence at home.
- Preparation for transitions (new school year, moving classes, changing supports).
- Community participation that helps children build friendships and confidence in real settings.
Child safety is non-negotiable
- All workers hold current NDIS Worker Screening, and Working With Children checks (Blue Cards) where required.
- Mandatory reporting obligations are understood and followed.
- Clear boundaries, trauma-informed communication, and respectful partnership with families.
If you have specific child safety preferences, cultural requirements, or communication needs — tell us upfront. We’ll incorporate them into matching and service planning.
How we match workers for children
- Matching considers personality, communication style, patience and consistency — not just skills.
- We aim for stable worker relationships so your child isn’t constantly meeting new people.
- We check in with families early and often to ensure the match is working well.
