About Havenridge Care

A story rooted in family, built on humanity.

We provide respectful, person-centred disability and child support services across Queensland (QLD) — where dignity, safety, cultural respect, and practical outcomes are never optional.

How we began

Not created as a business idea.Created from lived experience.

Havenridge Care was born from conversations at the kitchen table — from seeing the gaps in a system that families were left to navigate alone, and from a deep belief that care should feel personal, not procedural.

We saw families doing everything right — advocating, planning, hoping — while simply wanting one thing: to see their loved one safe, supported, and truly thriving. We also saw how often the system made that harder than it needed to be.

Havenridge Care was built to be different — not large and corporate, not rushed and impersonal. But boutique, intentional, and human. Built by people who understand what’s at stake — because they’ve lived it.

We are progressing through the NDIS registration process and currently support self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Our commitment: respond to referrals within 2 business days and keep communication clear, respectful, and consistent.

Safeguards & accountability

Your safety and trust are non-negotiable.

Safeguarding is not a compliance exercise for Havenridge Care. It is a core expression of who we are. We hold ourselves to high standards — because it is right.

Valid Blue Cards & clearances

All staff and workers hold current Working with Children Checks (Blue Cards) and NDIS Worker Screening clearances before commencing.

Mandatory reporting

We take mandatory reporting obligations seriously and act promptly when required.

Supervision & training

Ongoing supervision and regular training support safe, professional, and consistent care.

Incident reporting procedures

Clear processes for identifying, reporting, and responding to incidents — including keeping families informed.

NDIS Practice Standards

We operate in alignment with the NDIS Practice Standards and uphold the NDIS Worker Code of Conduct.

Transparent communication

We welcome feedback, respond to concerns with respect, and work quickly to resolve issues.
