Havenridge Care delivers services aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards and is progressing through the NDIS registration pathway. We currently welcome self-managed and plan-managed participants.

After an initial conversation and confirmation of support needs, services can often begin within a short timeframe depending on availability.
Yes. We work with self-managed participants and explain invoicing and scheduling clearly so families feel confident.
Yes. We can work with your plan manager and provide the documentation needed for payment and continuity.
We prioritise respectful communication, reliability, and cultural responsiveness. Matching is based on participant needs and preferences.
Yes. Compatibility matters. If the arrangement isn’t the right fit, we will work with you to adjust respectfully.
We follow structured onboarding, clear service agreements, and ongoing communication. Feedback is welcomed and acted on promptly.
Yes. We provide child-focused supports that prioritise safety, wellbeing, and collaboration with families.
Support may include personal care, domestic assistance, routines, community access, and daily skills-building—tailored to goals and comfort.
Support Coordination helps participants understand their plan, connect with providers, and build confidence managing supports over time.
We maintain clear communication and agreed updates. Families are partners in care, and we value consistent, respectful contact.
We communicate early and aim to minimise disruptions. Continuity and routine matter, especially for children and vulnerable participants.
We assess needs carefully to ensure we can provide safe and effective support. Where appropriate, we coordinate with other professionals.
Community access can be included where aligned with goals and funding. We discuss options during intake.
